BIICL has extensive expertise in the area of business and human rights, the implementation of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and legal developments around human rights due diligence.
Our Business and Human Rights team undertakes research and produces reports on for wide-ranging audiences, including business, legal practitioners, governments and civil society. Details of our reports and publications are below.
We also provide training, submit consultations in legislative processes around the globe, and host events on business and human rights-related topics. Our UNGPs in Legal Practice Roundtable Series is a membership initiative for legal practitioners working on these issues.
