Access to the International and Comparative Law Quarterly online is free for all Members of BIICL, and our Enhanced and Concession Memberships also offer hard copies of the Journal. You can learn more about Membership here.

You may also have access to the International and Comparative Law Quarterly via your Institution or Library via their subscription packages from Cambridge University Press.

We are currently upgrading our website to enhance your experience. As a result, online access to the ICLQ is temporarily unavailable via your Member log-in. However, the majority of articles published in 2024 are Open Access and can be read without logging in, including the entirety of the recently-published October issue, which can be accessed here.
