International Investment Law and Dispute Resolution (Online Course)
Course details
This self-paced online course covers the history and the rationale of protection of foreign direct investments, applicable law, the key principles of international investment law and investor-state dispute settlement. The total guided learning time is approximately 18 hours.
The course is led by Professor Yarik Kryvoi, Senior Research Fellow in International Economic Law and Director of the Investment Treaty Forum. He practised international dispute resolution with Freshfields in London, Morgan Lewis & Bockius in Washington, DC and Baker McKenzie in Saint Petersburg.

Scholarships are aimed at 3 categories: individuals from communities and backgrounds that are under-represented in the legal field in the UK and abroad; individuals who have recently received a needs-based bursary from their university or further-education college and representatives from Small Charities, NGOs, and Community-Based Organisations.
