National Rapporteurs for Germany
Prof Dr Marc-Philippe WELLER is Vice-Rector for International Affairs at the University of Heidelberg. In 2021 he co-authored (with Prof Dr Wolfgang Kahl) and published Climate Change Litigation - Liability and Damages from a Comparative Perspective. Professor Weller will coordinate the report for Germany, assisted by his research team.
