Welcome to the Corporate Climate Litigation Toolbox
The Toolbox is intended to help you to understand the extent of the possibilities for corporate climate litigation in your jurisdiction by outlining what has worked or not worked in the past and the reasons for success or failure. The comparative analysis of the findings of the individual rapporteurs provides opportunity to consider what might be learnt from other countries and usefully implemented or adapted to your own legal system.
