This workshop will demystify the process of publishing in law, providing information on best practice for submitting articles to journals. It is aimed at those starting out in an academic career or those in practice seeking to expand their skills and wanting to make the most out of the publishing opportunities available to them.
Led by Anna Riddell-Roberts the Managing Editor of one of the world's leading journals, the International and Comparative Law Quarterly, this workshop will help you to tailor your manuscript for submission; explain what happens behind the scenes after submission, discuss the meaning of the various decisions, and detail what happens after your article is accepted, including information on how to publish Open Access.
A concise presentation will be followed by a Q&A session designed to allow you tap into the expertise of our speaker and troubleshoot your own work.
This publishing workshop is offered by the International and Comparative Law Quarterly Journal in association with the British Institute of International Law and Cambridge University Press who publish the Journal.
