Paul C. Saunders

Biography

Paul Saunders joined BIICL as an Honorary Senior Fellow in 2023. He is President of the International Rule of Law Project, Inc. 

He received an A.B. egregia cum laude from Fordham College  where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center , where he was Notes Editor of the Law Journal, and an M.S. in Global Affairs with distinction from New York University in 2017. Mr. Saunders also attended the Institut d'Études Politiques in Paris, France. He is a Distinguished Visitor from Practice at  Georgetown University Law Center, Fellow of the  American College of Trial Lawyers and Retired Partner, Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP
