Bingham Centre publishes joint report on Judicial Review provisions in Part 4 of the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015
The Bingham Centre (with Centre Fellow Stephen Grosz QC (Hon)), JUSTICE and Public Law Project have published an introduction to the judicial review reform provisions in Part 4 of the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015. The introduction offers an interpretive guide for practitioners and judges to provisions on the new "highly likely" standard for judicial review permission, as well as new provisions concerning interveners and costs, cost capping orders and financial disclosure.
