What challenges and barriers exist in different countries across Europe and beyond, and are there effective and sustainable solutions that can be imported in other jurisdictions?
The Bingham Centre for the Rule of Law organised an evening expert event where professionals and specialists on child related issues and on the law and practice related to child justice shared their experience on the main challenges in this area and discused and commented examples of good practice.
The event was convened by the Bingham Centre and was hosted by the Law Society of England and Wales. It is part of a project funded by the International Bar Association (IBA) through its Access to Justice and Legal Aid Committee.
