The first Young ITF workshop on quantum will serve as an opportunity to understand legal and technical considerations affecting quantum assessment in ISDS. The workshop will cover the measures and methods for assessing damages and how to use that to inform your case strategy.
The interactive workshop will begin with an introduction to the topic, followed by a discussion of a case study. The event will conclude with a networking reception with drinks and refreshments.

Registration
Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis to young arbitration lawyers (NQ - 5 PQE). Attendees will be provided with short preliminary reading materials and a case study in advance of the event.
