Date: 18 April 2023

Time: 17.30 - 19.00 (UK time)

Venue: BIICL, Russell Square, London and Online

Event Details

This discussion will focus on three new ESG reporting frameworks in Europe: The EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), the EU Taxonomy, and the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) - as well as how they interact with one another and with the proposed EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD).

Expert speakers will set out the requirements of each of these frameworks, how the landscape is expected to change, and gaps or questions which might arise for companies, investors and legal advisers when implementing these measures in practice.

  • Noah Neitzel, Lindenpartners
