What are the latest development of IP law in countries along the Belt and Road Initiative? What are the impacts on IP law caused by new technologies? What are thought-provoking cases recently? How can we keep a balance between IP protection and free competition? What can we educate IP talents and practioners in order to keep up with the new changes of IP.
The prestigious 2022 BIICL-CQIPS conference will address these issues. Five eminent panels will explore the questions above featuring a wide range of speakers from court, government, international organizations, academia and legal practitioners.
