Recent high profile cases have drawn renewed attention to long-standing questions regarding criminal liability for corporate human rights harms. At this discussion, speakers will analyse the concepts of individual and corporate criminal liability in the context of business and human rights, discuss recent and informative trends in case law, and how these aspects might relate to ongoing regulatory developments and civil liability for remedy.
