The Present and Future of EU BITs
Event Details
The conference will focus on the developments in EU investment treaty law, with particular emphasis on the scope of the EU's new competence and its constitutional limits,
dispute settlement under existing and future BITs, and issues of substantive protection. It will bring together practitioners, academics and arbitrators to examine whether and to what extent the emergence of an EU-led investment protection regime can redefine the evolution of international investment law.
