Background
To what extent are individuals able to use justice institutions to enforce their rights? What are the main barriers to access to justice? How are these addressed in different jurisdictions and to what extent can effective and sustainable solutions be identified?
The Bingham Centre for the Rule of Law will host an evening expert seminar in which professionals and specialists working on projects related to access to justice in Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Burundi and the Philippines will share their experience on the main challenges on this issue and will discuss and comment on examples of good practices.
This seminar will be followed by a drinks reception.
