• O regime legal da responsabilidade objectiva do produtor é inaplicável, além do mais, no caso de o vendedor do produto, uma sociedade portuguesa, não ser quem o produziu nem puder ser como tal considerada em razão de não o haver importado de países terceiros em relação à União Europeia.
