Yeongcheol Kim

Biography

Yeongcheol Kim has been working in the Ministry of SMEs and Startups (MSS) in South Korea helping high-quality human resources to start new businesses and continue to grow since 2006. He also worked in the Human Resources Department of the Korea Aerospace and Research Institute (KARI) for two and a half years.

Yeongcheol majored in Economics at the University of Seoul. He also has a master's degree in Public Policy from the Graduate School of Public Administration, Seoul National University. Before joining BIICL in September 2023, he had just completed his MSc degree at the School for Policy Studies, University of Bristol.

He is currently conducting research on the policy to strengthen SMEs' capabilities to respond to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues including climate change, human rights in the workplace, and business ethics at BIICL.
