Mousa Alfaifi

Biography

Mousa holds degrees (Bachelor, Master) in Islamic Law and Comparative Jurisprudence from Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University and the Higher Judicial Institute (with honours), an LLM from Queen Mary University of London, and is currently pursuing a PhD in arbitration at the University of Manchester. Mousa works as a lecturer at Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University in Saudi Arabia and serves as a visiting research fellow at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law in London. He also participated in various university committees, such as the College of Sharia and Law's foundation committee, and held certificates in arbitration. Mousa is interested in arbitration, private international law, and the law of obligations.
