Dr Jack Kenny

Biography

Jack is a Visiting Research Fellow in International Law at BIICL and a Lecturer in Public International Law at the University of Manchester. He completed his doctorate at the University of Oxford and has previously held positions at institutions including the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, the University of Bonn, Chatham House, BIICL, and the Amsterdam Centre for International Law. Jack has worked on cases involving issues of international and EU law.
