Dr Jack Kenny

Biography

Jack is a Research Leader in International Law at BIICL and a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. His DPhil thesis at the University of Oxford, The Principle of Sovereignty and State Cyber Operations, was supervised by Professor Catherine Redgwell and Dr. Efthymios Papastavridis and supported by UKRI funding.

In addition to his doctorate, he holds an LL.B degree in Law with European Study and an LL.M degree in International and European Law. Jack has research experience in a number of roles including positions at the University of Bonn, Chatham House, BIICL, and the Amsterdam Centre for International Law. Jack has worked on cases involving issues of international and EU law.
