Héctor is a Research Assistant in Public International Law, and joined BIICL in October 2018. He assists and conducts research on various issues on Public International Law.
Prior to joining BIICL, Héctor completed a LL.M in Public International Law at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and was a Legal Intern at REDRESS, where he focused on the Inter-American system for the protection of human rights. Formerly, he has been involved in cooperation projects in Nicaragua and he has interned at the Criminal Section of the Appeals Court of Zaragoza.
He holds a Law Degree from the University of Zaragoza.
