Dr Philip Marsden appointed to OFT Board as a non-executive director

The British Institute of International and Comparative Law congratulates Dr Philip Marsden on his appointment by the Office of Fair Trading to its Board as non-executive director for a four-and-half-year term from 1 October 2008. Philip is a Senior Research Fellow at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law and Director of its Competition Law Forum.

These appointments have been made under the Enterprise Act 2002 by the Department of Business Enterprise and Regulatory Reform, following consultation with OFT Chairman Philip Collins. See further.
