Human Rights of Migrants - Bingham Centre fellow contributes to new book

A new book, Human Rights of Migrants in the 21st Century, offers a brief, yet comprehensive survey of the human rights of migrants intended to assist the United Nations in its 2018 negotiations of the Global Compact on Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration. Associate Senior Research Fellow, Justine Stefanelli, contributed to a chapter on immigration detention, which draws from and partially updates the successful study of Immigration Detention and the Rule of Law conducted by the Bingham Centre in 2013.

The book is available for purchase from Routledge,
