New Bingham Centre Report on International Access to Justice - 5 October 2015

A new report by the Bingham Centre for the Rule of Law has been published today. Commissioned by the International Bar Association, the report, International Access to Justice: Legal Aid for the Accused and Redress for Victims of Violence looks at the availability and effectiveness across jurisdictions of legal aid for those charged with violent crimes and of redress mechanisms for victims of violence. It will be launched on 6 October 2015 at the IBA's 2015 Annual Conference in Vienna by the IBA's Access to Justice and Legal Aid Committee.
