China Workshop on Links between Competition and Liberalisation of Regulated Sectors
Dr Philip Marsden, Director of the Institute's Competition Law Forum and Senior Research Fellow, participated in a regional training workshop sponsored by China's Ministry of Commerce, on the links between competition provisions, the General Agreement on Trade in Services and liberalisation of regulated sectors.
The workshop was held at the Asia-Pacific Training Centre, Beijing from 18-20 September 2006.
