Enforcement Agency Practice in Europe
The Institute has completed its European Commission-funded project on Enforcement Agency Practice in Europe. The study examines the structure, status and procedures of enforcement agencies in Europe, and the implications for individuals and companies in seeking to enforce a judgment in the European Judicial Area.
