BIICL is recruiting for a Director of Operations

BIICL is seeking a strategic and adaptable senior manager to provide cross-organisational operational leadership, ensuring effective systems and processes are in place across the organisation.  The Director of Operations will be a member of the Institute's Senior Management team reporting to the BIICL Director. 

You will be a proven manager of central services functions, including governance, finance, IT, human resources and facilities. While you do not need to be an accountant for this role, you should be experienced in financial management, ideally in a charity or higher education environment.
