Interim Report Published: Judiciary in Ukraine - Evolution in a Context of Systemic Deficiencies and Endless Reforms
Professor Tetyana Antsupova has released the Interim Report - Judiciary in Ukraine: Evolution in a Context of Systemic Deficiencies and Endless Reforms.
The report, initially drafted in July 2023 and later updated in October 2025, was prepared within the framework of the British Academy's Global Professorships Scheme 2023.
While primarily introductory and informative in nature, the report provides a comprehensive overview of Ukraine's judicial system and its ongoing reform processes. It also includes a concise analysis of recent jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights concerning judicial independence in Ukraine.
