Prof. Yarik Kryvoi delivers presentation at UNCTAD's Virtual IIA Conference 2020

On Monday, 23 November Prof. Yarik Kryvoi contributed to the UNCTAD's Virtual IIA Conference 2020: 'IIA Reform in Times of COVID-19'

In his five minute presentation Prof. Yarik Kryvoi gave an overview of several projects relevant to the reform of international investment agreements that the Investment Treaty Forum is currently working on or have just completed. This included projects on corruption and FDI, corporate restructuring and ISDS, as well as tackling inequalities in international investment law. 

Prof. Kryvoi also highlighted what the British Institute of International and Comparative Law is doing to strengthen the capacity of States in handling investor-state disputes and reforming international investment agreements.
