A sad day for international law - H.E Judge Thomas A. Mensah passes away.
It is with great sadness that we heard of the passing away of one of BIICL's longest serving Advisory Council members, a world-leading scholar in the Law of the Sea, former judge ad hoc at the ICJ, former President of ITLOS and diplomate extraordinaire, His Excellency, Judge Thomas A. Mensah. A wonderful and influential person who will live on in the hearts of everyone here at BIICL.
