Competition Law Forum: Report on Regulation 1/2003

Regulation 1/2003 is the centrepiece of the European Commission's project to 'modernise' the enforcement of the EC competition rules. After more than five years experience with this enforcement framework, the Commission recently initiated a consultation focusing on stakeholders' practical experience. The Competition Law Forum's report ('Reform of Regulation 1/2003: Correcting the Current Lack of Effective Communication') was submitted to the Commission on 29 September 2008.
