Constitutional Review: Devolution in the UK

The Bingham Centre for the Rule of Law at BIICL has received funding from the Gatsby Charitable Foundation to undertake a major review of the implications of devolution as it is developing for the UK as a whole.

The Review group will be chaired by the Bingham Centre Director, Sir Jeffrey Jowell QC, and will consist of experts from law, history, political science, journalism and public finance. A report will be produced in time to be considered by the next government and parliament.
