Senior Research Fellow in Development and the Rule of Law

The Centre is seeking to appoint a strong candidate as a Senior Research Fellow in Development and the Rule of the Law to manage an exciting new programme of events, research and other activities within the Global Rule of Law Exchange, a new international initiative to promote the rule of law to be developed with Jones Day, the global law firm. This post offers substantial opportunities to demonstrate leadership, both scholarly and practical, in the area of development and the rule of law, and to build on the Bingham Centre's public profile in this area.

This is a full-time post initially available for a three year period (with the possibility of renewal, subject to funding being available). Secondments for this period may also be considered. The post holder will be based in London with regular travel required. A salary package of around £50,000 pa is expected, depending on qualifications and experience. It is hoped that the person appointed will commence as soon as possible.
