Event Details

This seminar covers product liability issues in respect of the food and drink sphere, and will also venture further to examine "accountability mechanisms", including the fora for action and accountability, the work of the regulators in this respect and problems of defamation and contempt of court.

The event is organised jointly with the Food Law Group, a group of in-house lawyers, solicitors and barristers with expertise in the food and drinks sector.
