On Tuesday 4 October 2011 The Bingham Centre for the Rule of Law, in conjunction with the Constitutional and Administrative Law Bar Association (ALBA) will be holding an evening seminar on the topic 'Strasbourg and the UK: Dialogue or Conflict?' We are fortunate to have as our speakers Lord Justice Laws, Lord Pannick QC and Professor Philip Leach (Director of the Human Rights and Social Justice Research Institute and the European Human Rights Advocacy Centre, the author or Taking a Case to the European Court of Human Rights, 3^rd ed OUP).

The meeting is open to all. No advance registration in necessary.
