Bonita Meyersfeld, international lawyer and academic, will launch her book Domestic Violence and International Law (Hart Publishing). Professor Meyersfeld will argue that systemic intimate violence is an appropriate concern for international law and will discuss important recent legal developments at the UN, European, inter-American, and Pan-African levels. Liesl Gerntholtz will respond from the perspective of a practitioner working on these issues at one of the world's leading human rights organisations.
