This is the third and final event in the seminar series on current issues in law of the sea. This seminar will examine selected issues of ocean governance particularly concerning the protection of the marine environment. Speakers will address the legal framework governing marine pollution, the exploitation of natural resources and the management of fisheries, and the impact of these regimes on the marine environment.

CPD hours may be claimed by both solicitors and barristers through attendance at this event.
