In the fourth roundtable of our UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) in Legal Practice Roundtable series, we will explore various developments around corporate group liability for human rights impacts. We will consider attribution through the "identification" versus enterprise or "corporate culture" methods, how vicarious liability can apply within the context of the UNGPs, and principles around parent company liability in tort law.
