This event will bring together funders & international speakers to consider the topical issue of the funding of product liability and group litigation across Europe and beyond. Leading practitioners will discuss issues relating to funding and costs in a series of different jurisdictions, with a focus on recent developments in Scotland and France, as well as an update on commonwealth jurisdictions. The practitioner perspectives will be complemented by that of Susan Dunn, founder of Harbour Litigation, who will give a view from a leading funder with experience in group actions across many jurisdictions internationally.
