Two panels comprising academics and parliamentarians will explore issues such as human rights reform in the devolved nations post-Brexit, the work of the Brexit committee on devolved issues, and practical issues such as migration and smuggling at the border between the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Speakers include Professor Sir David Edward QC KCMG (University of Edinburgh and Vice-President of BIICL), Professor Louise Mallinder (University of Ulster) and Professor Christopher McCrudden (Queen's University Belfast).
