The Investment Treaty Forum (ITF) is starting a series of events devoted to history of international law. The first event will feature a conversation on the early years and request a place(the evolution of the system of investor-state dispute resolution.
The Director of the ITF, Prof Yarik Kryvoi will interview Dr Antonio R. Parra, who helped to shape the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes during its early years and Prof Christoph Schreuer, a co-author of a leading commentary on ICSID.
