This rapid response event takes place on 12 May 2026 (17.30 - 18.15) on the topic of the recent CJEU judgment in Case C-338/24 LF v Sanofi. This judgment covered issues concerning the 1985 Product Liability Directive such as the relationship with fault-based liability system under Article 13 as well as the starting point of the three-year limitation period and the compatibility of the 10 year long-stop with human rights protections (right of access to court). Panelists include Dr Magdalena Tulibacka, Emory Law School, Atlanta, US.
