Event Details
This event marks the 15th anniversary of the European Law Institute (ELI), highlighting its mission, global strategy, and future ambitions, while strengthening engagement with the judiciary and legal profession in the UK.
The programme will explore the growing importance of digital assets and artificial intelligence for legal practitioners, and introduce ELI's work in these areas. This includes its instruments on digital assets (DA as security, enforcement, and succession to DAs), as well as its Principles on AI and the judiciary, automated contracting, and future AI initiatives.
The event will bring together judges, lawyers, academics, and policymakers to encourage dialogue and invite active UK participation in shaping legal frameworks for the digital age.
