This event takes place on Wednesday 4 February 2026 (17.30 - 19.00) on Reforming UK Product Liability Law. This event will be organised jointly with the Law Commission in order to discuss their recently launched product liability project, the objective of which is to consider the operation of the existing product liability regime, particularly in relation to digital products and emerging technologies such as AI, to determine what law reform might be required to ensure that the product liability regime is fit for purpose.
