Event Details

The collective actions regime is relatively new and perennially controversial. Recent developments in, and around, the system, have thrown into greater relief the role of the class representative and the future shape of litigation finance. This Roundtable will bring expert views together to map out future directions for both areas.

  • Ben Tidswell Chairman, CAT
  • Anthony Maton, Hausfeld
