7th Annual BIICL Linklaters Tech Antitrust Roundtable: Cloud Infrastructure and Mergers

Join us for a roundtable discussion analysing the seismic shift in digital regulation, at a time when geopolitical changes have reshaped the enforcement landscape. Our first panel will take stock on the first ten months of the CMA's new Strategic Market Status regime and discuss the role platform regulation can and should play in the context of broader discussions around AI, the cloud infrastructure that supports it, and the growth agenda. Our second panel will discuss innovative and novel approaches to merger control in digital markets both in the EU and UK and the backlash from business, which in turn has led to pressure on authorities ensure their actions don't deter investment and economic growth.

Chairs:

Verity Egerton-Doyle, Partner and Co-Head UK Tech Sector, Linklaters

Liza Lovdahl Gormsen, Director of the Competition Law Forum and Senior Research Fellow, BIICL
