Event Details

This upcoming Product Liability Forum (PLF) event will bring together prominent European experts including academics, practitioners and policy-makers to discuss the impact of the new Product Liability Directive (PLD), as well as examine the implementation of the Directive across Europe. Mark Beamish of the European Commission (drafter of the new PLD) will lead the debate.

Panelists will include Simon Castley (CMS, London), Conor Cunningham (McCann FitzGerald, Dublin), Olivia Delagrange (Simmons & Simmons LLP, Madrid), Jantina Hiemstra (Finch Dispute Resolution, Utrecht), Sophie Le Pallec (France Assoc Santé, Paris), Anne-Sophie Lilt (Squair Avocats, Paris), Pablo Rojas Abad (MedTech Europe, Brussels) and Kim Watts (American Chamber of Commerce, Brussels).
