Event Details

We are delighted to announce another joint event with our friends at the IADC bringing together leading litigators from the US and around the world. It will take place at the Institute in London and will be followed by a reception and dinner with our IADC colleagues at a premier location, The Portrait Restaurant, National Portrait Gallery, Trafalgar Square (with thanks to the support of Taylor Wessing).

This is always an enjoyable and lively occasion, with an opportunity to catch up with international colleagues and friends working on product liability, product safety and mass torts in other jurisdictions internationally.

This event is co-hosted by Professor Duncan Fairgrieve, Director of the Product Liability Law Forum, British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL), Katie Chandler, Partner, Taylor Wessing and Tripp Haston, Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP.
