The focus of this seminar is the emerging litigation relating to Perfluoroalkyl and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS), a group of widely-used chemicals with an impact on the environment and potential health effects. PFAS-related litigation has been ongoing for many years in the US, and this seminar aims to look at the developing perspectives across the EU and UK.
