The British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL), in collaboration with 39 Essex Chambers, is pleased to host the Hon. Chief Justice of India, Mr Justice Bhushan Gavai, for a lecture on 'The Role of Courts in Upholding the Rule of Law in Adjudicating Commercial Disputes'.
